But game of thrones: bus edition sounds more entertaining and fair than a gay public vote

admincest?

TBH I agree that it shouldn't be a public vote but then again everyone agrees with that.
What it SHOULD be is more debateable. Maybe a straight democratic vote that only admins can do is best.

Personally I dont care what the vote type is so long as a CERTAIN SHITMIN isnt promoted to headmin.

Im not going to name names, but CERTAIN SHITMIN rythmes with Schormyhammy and decided to cripple the TGstation codebranch. Thank god for NTstation.

So with that said, I would actually rather have the vote be public. It doenst *REALLY* matter anyways since SoS will handpick the people anyways. I mean, Fuck what the community thinks, right? CDB was voted to be deadminned on his poll, but is still a very faithfull admin to this day!

Hey whats that? CDB was deadminned? Then Secbanned? When the fuck did this happen?

Hey look someone who doesn't play at all and usually plays on sybil when he does thinks that HG's changes are bad.

But again, this is about people's administrative abilities, not their coding, so kindly fuck off.

And btw helios here is a shining example of why the vote shouldn't be a public vote.

But I do play

on artyom.

Moving at the same speed as hungry when full is the...

... best possible change one could make. Headmin whoever thought of this.

naw but srsly ADMIN X is a horrible choice for headmin for many reasons. And thats not really one of them.

Because Neerti stepped down from admin, does that mean he stepped down from headmin running too?

Now we don't have to decide between the four, at least. Pandar/ikarrus/anton for headmin?

Ah yes, a new way to figure out our headmins: a war of attrition.

Typical admin burnout. He may or may not return, as an admin or not.

It may be for the better, so we don't get stuck with a burned out headmin.

You'd think we'd all know not to stand 1 tile from anyone by now.

Kind of a shame about Neerti though. We still have some excellent candidates left, which is nice. Is there any plan on actually getting some new headmins anytime soon or are we just going back to limbo 5ever?

Whenever scaredy is on break again I know he'll push for it again but the best you can do is make sure all the admins are on the same page so when SoS has free time everyone is already in the loop with what is going to happen so things can progress.

[19:42:49] <antonkr> scaredofshadows I would like to request to not be put on the headmin vote sheet due to my lack of time and commitment within the next 6 months to SS13 and /tg/

Today is just a bit of a different situation for me from 6 month ago and after much consideration, and one of my favorite fellow admins I have my doubts as to how I could be useful as a headmin with the little time Ill have. Good luck all. Sorry for this all.

It's all fallen down to dust! The end of the world is nigh! The most popular headmin-candidates are all quitting!

It works well with other servers, no idea how well it'd work here though.

SoS tries not to dictate anything over the server unless asked to do it.
You don't see him go up to a thread and saying "nah fuck you kiddos you're all getting blacklisted" unless the admins deem it necessary to do it.

No less true, but I'm not asserting this is evidence.

Difference between "daily reminder that X is a shit-player" and "daily reminder to brush your teeth."

Eh, I give up.

If neither of you want to examine the comparative contexts I'm wasting letters. Yes, my bad for using a meme I dislike.

EDIT: Oh God what have I done. Renaming of thread to "Shipost General" when? Embrace the memes, the euphoria.
