You can rig a crate to shock someone if they try to open it without insulated gloves, if you apply a cable coil, then an electropack to a crate.

An AI (Maybe a cyborg too, dunno.) can click on a light bulb or Fixture, and it will blink off for about 1- 2 seconds. Good for spooking the crew.

Quick question, I heard that if you release N2 during a fire, the fire would be put out, is that true?

You can still make wire knots by standing over the tile you want to add cable to and facing the direction you want it to start from. This wastes less wire, albeit it looks fugly. Unless you're making 1-tile-wide solars.

With a level 4 Goliath Plate Mining RIG (max level) and its helmet and a security jumpsuit you have 95% brute damage reduction.Amazingly useful when there's a cult around and you're up for saving the station.

Cult tomes do a fixed amount of burn damage regardless of armor (10-15, I think?), so it would only really be useful against constructs.

You can provide power to the station by setting up the particle accelerator in engineering. Many things in engineering, such as the rigsuits for walking around the station in and the plasma leak device can actually be used to set up this engine.

It's hard to chance an upgraded miner with the grav gen offline wearing a jetpack as he flies through and pickaxes everyone's head. Even worse if you find and energy cutlass on the station then the cult has even bigger reason to fear you.

The banana stun duration is based on the bananas' stats.

How long does a potency 100 banana stun for?

Also, plant size is also based on stats. You could have a bunch nearly invisible banana peels that stun for less than a second of you really wanted to.

You can hold CTRL to temporarily enable hotkeys mode while it is held. CTRL 1, 2, 3, 4 to switch to help, disarm, grab, and harm respectively. CTRL Q to drop items, CTRL E too equip items, CTRL X to swap the active hand, CTRL Z to activate the held item.

Something I learned quite some time ago: Cyborgs can pick up things if they already hold a stack of the same item.

Example: If you're an engie borg and hold floor tiles but you're under your maximum you are able to pick up floortiles by click on them with your stack of tiles.

This is incredibly useful for engie borgs because they can remove leftover rods and metal by picking them up and can pick up cables which increases the speed of being able to wire solars soooo much. Like normally an engieborg has to recharge after every solar, but by picking up some cable that just sit around in maint etc. you can do all 4 solars in one go without the need to recharge.

Unless you use up all your cable, then the item disappears and you have to recharge in order to get at least 1 piece to use to be able to pick up the similar item.

Nnnnnnnnope, that was fixed.

And, by the way, you can use up and kind of metal and restore it with any kind of metal now, too. Remove floor tiles, reinforce floor with rods, pick up tiles to restore metal stock.

Beepsky will arrest you if your threat level is 4 or higher

If he is emagged, everyone has a threat level of 10

Things that can increase threat level:
-Not having an ID on when IDcheck is enabled (+4)
-Holding a weapon in your hand when weapon check is on and you do not have a weapon permit (+4 per hand)
-Having a weapon on your belt when weapon check is on and you do not have a weapon permit (+2)
-Having a criminal status of "Arrest" and records check is on (+5)
-Having a criminal status of "Incarcerated" or "Parolled" and records check is on (+2)
-Wearing a wizard hat or wizard hardsuit helmet (+2)
-Not being human (+1)
-Attacking beepsky (+6) (But he will arrest you regardless of threat level)

Things that can reduce your threat level:
-Being loyalty implanted (-1)
-Having an Agent Card in your ID slot (-2)

This means being loyalty implanted will make beepsky overlook most of your offenses, with the exception of an arrest warrant

Having an agent card makes beepsky ignore you altogether so long as you don't stack more than one offense

Wait so if you get loyalty implanted and use an agent card, you can beat Beepsky to death without getting arrested?

Unfortunately, no, Beepsky's self-defense mechanism kicks in and arrests you anyways.

Beepsky is surprisingly complex, I thought he just hit people for basic 'arrest he' shit, not 'adding points' as ikarrus explained.

You can make a voice-activated bomb and have it activate with your final words -whisper if the voice analyzer-signaler is in your pocket, it won't work if it's in your backpack. Use preferably a very short word so your gasping and such won't ruin it when you try to say it.

There's a way to make a 10 use smoke grenade kind of thing. It has one downside: It will be spawned on your character so there are only a few uses for chems but still!

Get a cryobeaker from R&D. Fill it with the smoke reaction mix, 10u of each. Fill the remaining 20u with whatever chem you want in the smoke. Set the transfer amount of 5u and then pour it into a regular beaker/glass/whatever whenever you need a smoke cloud.

Potentially useful chemicals for this:
Plasma smoke! This way it's distributed really nicely and you can flood entire departments in seconds, no need for a suspicious canister!
Regular smoke is nice aswell, for when you want to be a ninja.
Carbon for when you feel like covering the station in dirt.
Mutagen works really well too because it will rapidly mutate anyone if used in smoke form. You better have plenty of antitoxin, hyronalin and ryetalyn in your body though!
Ryetalyn/(poly)acid smoke walls to shut down rogue esword hulks also seem somewhat practical. Maybe?
Spacelube smoke could be useful if you are a hulk yourself.

You don't really need cryobeaker for it, it just helps with space management. Have two beakers with ingredients for smoke separated and put them together, that will achieve the same effect.

Yeah but Tokiko's method actually lets you get multiple uses in a really easy and efficient way. Only way you could do it with regular is having them split up and having both set to like 5u and pour separately into a third beaker but even then you'll be going through it twice as quickly as Tokiko's method.
