Permanent WASD Movement

I can only move using the WASD keys. The arrow keys just type letters. I tried going into hotkey mode via the tab button but all that happened was that I could move with WASD and arrrow keys.

Can someone help me fix this?

Is your Ctrl button stuck? Arrow keys shouldn't be producing letters in any case.

Nope not at all.
By the way I tried restarting and it did nothing.

Check your preferences on the character screen, might have hotkeys set to on.

Try typing "Toggle-hotkey-buttons" into the text box, without "say".

My mode is on Default. I checked many times.

I typed in the the command and it did nothing.

There is also a preference for that, it's one of the first in Game Preferences(can be accessed in game by Game-Preferences or preferences tab).

Is there a way I can reset all my preferences? By like deleting Byond and downloading it again?

WELP. Turns out my keyboard just had an aneurysm and decided that the arrow keys and the wasd keys needed to be switched. Sorry for worrying you.
