metastation title screen fix

i put a border on the left side so it looked more lobby screen-ish.

and now, cropped kor art
some of them are not cropped, but resized. in that case what i like to do is spawn a mob (usually a corgi) behind the lobby image and resize it to be massive so the area behind the image is a singular color. you can recolor the mob as you like and rename/re-desc it if you want. make sure to modify the image's pixel_x or pixel_y vars to get it as centered as you can.
made this one before i knew how to properly crop, so it's squished. a proper crop should probably be done.
