Has Greytiding Became A Serious Problem On TG

I played TG in the last week I realised that there have been including a lot of assistants including myself that have done a lot of stupid shit. I admit that I greytided a lot, but I stopped now and do actual jobs, but I realised that the admins are fed up with it, and they are putting harsher sentences. So on TG has this been a serious problem or is it recent? Forgive me on this question, its been a week since I came on TG.

There was a period when it was particularly awful, and virtually every round ended up as a makeshift rev round. While there's still plenty chaos, the worst seems to be behind us.

The potential for greytide is always there. It's a multi-round process that escalates round by round until it gets totally out of control and there's a harsh crackdown by security or admins, or the greytiders themselves realize they got their jollies and were getting close to a ban.

It's not really a Problem, it's a phenomenon that pops up and dies down on it's own usually. My advice would be if there's a real greytide swarm, go fully lethal with no warnings until they calm down. Ahelping before you start your purge is a good idea, most admins will be unsympathetic to them.
