On the old mining asteroid, augments plus HoS armor basically gave you enough to be immune to goliath attacks AND made you spaceworthy to survive the asteroid, so I would get that and just punch goliaths to death. Good times

I miss miners coming to me to get augments.

They're still a good idea for miners to get for the damage reduction and immunity to cold damage from watcher projectiles

I grinded up like one donk pocket and put it in a vape and quickly OD'd on omnizine and died and think I almost got everybody standing near me in the chapel.

Stealing a traitor's ID, using his last TC to buy a syndicate key, then going incognito as a traitor to gain their trust.

It ended up not working because A: The AI was subverted, B: I was the HoP, and C: the captain decided to go on a rampage against the traitor who had literally been baiting syndicate salvage teams onto the station.

I mean, it worked, I gained their trust, but I couldn't get close enough to them for long enough to take them out... Fun RP nonetheless.

edit: just clarifying, I wasn't turbovalidhunting or anything, I just happened to come across an unlocked uplink and rolled with it.

I have no idea why I pressed O instead of T. Like... I was being spammed called on Steam/Discord at the time, but it's still weird. I didn't even realise what I'd done until my game froze and I saw the chat and the message telling me I'd been b& for 15min. Spooked me real good.
