One time the RD came down to Lavaland while I was gearing up. Took my mining jumpsuit and literally ran off. I waited for him to come back, saw what happened and chucked him in the lava. Needless to say, he didn't die, but wow my keys attacked on there own. My brain wasn't even processing it or the consequences of doing that. I fire extinguished him and he lived!

Some bartender stripped my gear from me when I was AFK in the bar and brought my stuff to Engineering. When I got back, he told me exactly that and then I beat him for a shortwhile before I got bored and fucked off. The nerve of some people, I tell you.

Back when the parapen C4 combo was still a thing I got killed by my coworker like a minute into a double agents round.

probably the time I got both CC and beesting (rip) removed

recently a dude suicided so i could clone him, so i dragged his body to surgery and started cutting of his head so i could get his brain. someone saw me, the cmo, doing it, asked what was going on, pushed me and stole the saw. i asked them to give it back, but no answer. alright! time to go to robotics!
i go to robotics and ask the roboticist to let me use their saw. they say no. i ask again. they tell me to "go to surgery". i point to myself, say that i'm the cmo, and explain that the saw was stolen. they agree after 5 attempts. when i'm about to use the saw - i get mindswapped.
i've probably had worse times but this happened like 2 days ago and i was so frustrated because i had to ask so many times to get a fucking saw because i thought people were decent and that i could avoid ghetto surgery

Basically any time I died when the situation is:
