Could the sawrge cronies be any more transparent?

Why keep someone banned if they're proving they reformed?
Additionally,
If rustled had time to delete 2 posts 4 days before arm made his ruling, he clearly had time to weigh in. Which means that asspulled vacation excuse is a clear fabrication.

this also could just be a transparency issue but that just means they need to either be 100% transparent orn100% shadowy cabal, half/half just makes everyone look dumb

He knew we were waiting until monday. Perhaps we didn't make the public aware enough of this, which I'm sorry. But he could have very well made a post regarding the situation instead of unbanning someone when he knew it would be solved until monday.

1 month response times is a poor bar to set and it's disappointing to see headmins using previous failings as an excuse to keep doing them.

The 1 month bar has never been reached and has been in place for years. If an appeal goes on for more than a week the admin required it often poked by the headmins. I have done this myself for other appeals, repukan's ban had not yet reached a week old at the time Arm decided to do his thing.
The Repukan ban was a special case in where the headmins had to make a joint decision on his appeal, I had informed the headmins that I was away and would post on Monday. We process appeals when we can, this isn't a job, I understand not all admins follow the ban appeals forum very closely and cannot always contribute to an appeal on their ban immediately and empathise when they are busy with real life to deal with our online game administration which they do in their free time. I don't see these as excuses or really a problem. If you do then we can take that on as feedback and look at it.
