You most definitely have an appreciable artistic talent. I'd say the style is nice, clean, overall appealing and you seem to have a nice grasp on proportions! Though, I always imagined the radio headsets as filling the ear a bit more, ha!
I wouldn't say you did a bad job at drawing a male character at all! Though, while the reason surrounding why males possesses or need nipples is clouded in mystique, I believe it is universally accepted that they do in fact possess them unless this particular one was afflicted with a severe case of rugburn.

i don't even know how to draw female nipples to be honest and i'm so used to drawings of males not having nipples i just accepted it and deleted them from my mind but yeah i think i should add them in the future

I remember Xenon from the old 4chan party van steam group and TF2 server. Hes a good guy and is stupidly talented at both art and map design. Good to see he is still doing art.

Any real CE pushes his underlings aside and does engine setup the proper way, only possibly ending the round in the process.
Any real HoS stunbatons his underlings and does random searches followed by summary execution the proper way: without synthetic witnesses.
Any real HoP pushes his pencils aside and does unimportant shit nobody cares about unless it's round-ending the proper way: by opening 30 clown slots and delegating.
Any real Captain pushes every crewmember that so much as looks at him funny out the airlock and does greytide the proper way. What that means, nobody knows.
