Admins versus rulebreaking Simple-Mobs

Poly is shouting WGW over comms.
Pete is on a murderboning killing-spree and just won't stop.
Lamarr is metagaming and revealing the random spawn xenomorph
A monkey picked up a randomly spawned Super-Matter sword. (No Idea how this got on station) and is now instant deleting an assistant
Slimes are just evil.
Admins how do you deal with these threats. What do you do?

This kind of behavior calls for stickybanning. We can't have these mindless menaces roaming our server any longer.
