I got to see a few during a special packet retrieval event. The only one I think wasn't mentioned here is the Rainbow Knife.

I'm still not sure what it does.

Each attack is a random damage type. Maybe it will irradiate the victim, maybe it will do burn damage, maybe oxy or cellular.

The metal box isn't even admin only, it spawns in the nuke op base.

A few of the items listed so far are obtainable as maint loot

Greytide (spear), Reactive table armor, fast jackboots, one use real and cursed die of fates, and even the shadowcloak are all oddity loot (1 in 10000 chance of spawning per maint loot spawn so about 2 in 111 chance of spawning one on meta in any given round).

also mesmorizer is just a flash that doesnt burn out and is rare loot
