So, I don't know anything about the mysterious world of Github, but I think I found a bug, you can't wear the capitan's pet collar found in his office/quarters/locker/wherever.

HOWEVER, the HUD LIES TO YOU, by indicating that you can(?)

these are neck slot items, but they are specially coded to not go on human necks for obvious reasons

Shouldn't it highlight red if you hover over though? I suppose it is minor as fuck.

it should, but the fix is kind of painful, since you ideally need a generic way to run the sanity checks before displaying the hover/ghost icons instead of just checking if the slot_flags match.
