List will be updated only once before finals. On 14th, last names will be added and on 15th the list locks and is purged down to 10ish finalists during 16th, depending on how votes are spread out.

Finalists are decided thusly;
First up-to ten people with highest votes are added and then we add finalists.
If we get 7 people with clear top ten and rest get only x votes each, everyone makes it.
if we get 7 people with clear run, two people with x votes and rest x-1, only the x votes make it.
Ten is optimal, it's a bending goalpost, idea is to add optimally ten, 20 if votes say it should be done.
Finalists can only include IC, round start characters that have SPECIFICALLY connected 7 times during last 7 days.
Exceptions include those with over 800 connections total to mark them as clear TG static. (cKey connections counts towards this) and being Bindy tier character.
Or something along those lines to make it fair-ish. Or if someone has better idea idk.
