In that case, mimes should be killable for speaking (probably are however i forgot the headmin decision), assistants should actually assist, and the captain should only delegate while all he does is sit still while looking pretty.

I'm a bit on the flip side, EH has a lot of new players who don't quite get the whole memey clownishness of it and might take it too seriously. Explaining to the player in greater detail on the jokey nature on clown ops would be more preferable then making him salty.
