From what I read it sounds like

AI commands borg to lock a guy up for harm. This should absolve the Borg by itself because the AI is supposed to be the be all end all interpreter of your laws.

Borg locks up guy. Guy breaks window depressurising room (self harm). Borg attempts to save his life by walking up the hole. Borg gets banned for harm.

If this sequence is true, guy killed himself by smashing a window - not the borgs problem since law 1 doesnt apply to self harm.

TL;DR Guy commits harm, AI tells Borg to lock in gay baby jail, sec officer doesn't want to sit in a cube for the round so escapes, dies trying, Libby sees shock from something hitting grille and decides it's an EMP, tells AI, I cannot tell from here because honestly it's a cluster of words in random order. Also there's some other guy named Kother that tried to help save

Shaps banned the wrong player or got died baited (since the sec officer killed himself in his attempted escape)

Libby used too much meme speak and hurt their own ban appeal in their confusion.

Surprisingly alot of people either forget or dont know about the button on borgs. Hell I forget it half the time as a borg
