As unbelievably annoying as players must be in ahelps sometimes (I'm sure I myself have been That Guy plenty), I will nonetheless say I've frequently found admin's communication skills lacking as fuck, and I've never understood why even vaguely disclosing the outcome of an ahelp is something they frequently act allergic to. The fuck is so top secret about just going "yeah I noted him"?

Aura you just need to tell people you are handling the issue, what happened and that you resolved it, and say nothing else or make no judgement statements except what aligns with your final ruling. Pretty sure this is a result of you falling for the classic blunder. Making the person ahelping feel like you did nothing and left dissatisfied or without resolution even when you actually did something. Have you never worked customer service in your life?
This entire complaint is literally just highlighting you have a really bad presentation when dealing with people. I know it's a Karen situation but it can be avoided fairly easily by just not doing what you did here.

Aura is rapidly giving out the aura of an admin who doesn't give a fuck about doing a good job and contributing to make the community a better place.

Starting to show a penchant for having a massively shitty attitude when dealing with players. Condescending in reponse to appeals and complaints. Trying to egg themselves up as a bit of a King Shit schoolyard bully.
Is in dire need of an attitude adjustment, in my opinion. Or maybe a new and improved trial period where I pray they may learn some humility, tact and respect when dealing with other people.

I ahelped once and dr aura responded to my ahelp and he was cool and good but he told me it was valid and i said "damn, it would be super cool if you abused your admin powers to fuck that guy over for inconveniencing me, i bet everyone would be talking about it you'd be like a celebrity" and he said "they already do that lol"

I think the arguing in the thread itself is already on a completely wrong direction - it isn't about what the player is 'entitled' but about not being an asshole and antagonizing a player for no reason other than, I don't know
