It was made by Naloac because quite literally people wouldn't stop targeting their static endlessly regardless of whether they were antag or not because they were a notable antag player. And they play mostly assistant I'm pretty sure. Only thing is that they should have implemented random body random name in a way that you couldn't lock features for it.

Either way, being a random body random name is dreadful and seeing them about really takes me out of the game just because of how dreadful they look. With no limitations on body combinations they stick out worse than statics do, and are some of my prime suspects because they chose to look like a mulligan. This is why Mulligan toxin also doesn't work, it makes you way too obvious.

Seems about right, but it doesnt stop you from just using the mirror

I remember someone grumbling recently about how bad random character gen is

it just needs some bounds on combinations of colours and shit and it'll be much less insanely annoying; and if you really want it to remain in the game in some form I'm sure you could make a new griff chemical that has the old truly random behaviour or something

Indifferent.

It's an RP game, someone having an OC they've gotten fond of and given certain traits and personality over time shouldn't be something to be annoyed about (wtf).
Same with people wanting to play with random names and/or bodies. Their RP style is more spontaneous and there's nothing wrong with creating new stories and unique personalities/interactions each round. Or maybe they just don't care about being consistent with a character.

Sounds more like a personal issue about specific static tiders/shitters you had problems with to me, and less to do with the global usage of statics itself.
