I did some codediving, and I can confirm that anatomic panacea doesn't cure your addictions. Furthermore, it also apparently doesn't directly purge reagents (outside of any normal reagent losses from vomiting up bad organs), and instead just gives you 10u of pentetic acid (along with some other medicine reagents that are quickly purged by said pentetic acid).

Also here's the PR that made it use pentetic, which is from 2016:

It seems like they took into account the effect of the pentetic on the medicine. They increased the mannitol amount and based on one comment pentetic didn't affect the antihol or mutadone. Dunno if that was actually true or if it still is now or if the amount of mannitol still heals the same as it did then
