HELP - I cant use my action buttons

I've already made a github post a few days ago but my problem still persists. I cant use my actions(top left buttons) when i click on them. Only whatever button there is on the first place works properly and the rest never works unless i change their position by dragging them but this is really impractical. This might not be the place for this but im getting desperate i tried reinstalling the game,using a different account,changing to normal screen ratio from widescreen ratio and resetting settings to default. I didnt have any problem like this a few months ago so please HELP

when in doubt, clear byond cache

do you have multiple monitors? sometimes running the game on a secondary monitor can cause problems, although this is a little weird to be that

no i have a single laptop monitor with 1366x768 resolution. it has been the same forever

i asked some admin about this and he told me its probably about my screen resolution,so i lowered it to 1280x768 and the working area completely disappeared. i couldnt use any of the buttons anymore so im convinced it is something about the resolution. but once again,my screen didnt change i played the game perfectly fine before
