I've heard about the "Shove-grab-shove-shove" technique, but i never could quite figure it out, does anyone here know how to do it correctly?

target hand, grab intent, click spaceman

You shove someone who has been knocked down for a short 3 second stun.
Dont switch intents to grab people ctrl click them instead.
Aggressive grabs got made shit don't bother with it.

Tackle them instead!

also I am a big fan of shove them over, shove stun, grab grab throw into wall, shove stun, so on and so forth

shove them into a wall once to make them sideways, then quickly shove again, which produces a different line of text in chat, ctrl+click for a quick passive grab, then press 3 to switch to grab intent and grab again, if you have done this correctly you will have them in an aggressive grab by the time they can stand up and do anything, and you can either shove shove them again to knock them down again, or table them or whatever.

tackling is also very good, even though it is partially RNG based, different tiers of gloves improve your chances of landing a strong tackle, from improvised grappler gloves to sec gripper gloves, even guerilla gloves, which irc is nuke ops or something. having riot armor on and the gigantism gene from genetics also improves your tackle RNG.
