On July 1st MSO silently bumped me up to Administrator. I only just noticed today. This probably won't change much except that I have way better control over usergroups and can more easily delete spambot PMs. Technically I have access to a lot more buttons like creating whole new forum boards and stuff too (there's also much crazier stuff like a very ominous button simply labelled "Disable board" which appears to affect the whole site), though I don't think I should be touching those buttons without permission from MSO or headmins or something.
