Do you know Airbnb? Just that with dorms. You can rent dorms at a price, and there are different types of dorms.
So Basically we add a big hallway in dorms where the dorm rooms park and stay depending on how long you booked the dorm. The dorms range from a trash can, to a EXACT replica of the caps quarter.
And you can also sell normal dorm rooms to NPCs as SpaceBNBs.
You also have to stock said rooms if you do sell them with such things as, food and water, mites, 1000 mice, a fully loaded gun, the void, a traitors de-sword, the FANCY pen, etc
