Seriously who wears cloaks? Who do they think they are, wizards?
Someone at CentCom one day decided "Yes, dressing out heads of department in cloaks will make them look serious and authoritative"

They don't even have the advantage of bedsheet capes, which is you can use them to start surgeries

I found the commit where they were added but I couldn’t find a pull request for them so I’m no closer to understanding why they were added.
I’m guessing they were probably just something cool to port. I noticed there was a commented out invisibility cloak for the wizard too but I’m not sure if it ever made it in.

Sounds like a good idea. Or maybe give that to the CMO and give little bonuses to the others if they don't already. Doesn't the CE's give some rad resistance?
