Unable to connect

Recently I started playing Space Station 13 again, and I have found I am unable to connect to all the /tg/ servers. Upon attempting to connect I am given nothing but a standard "connection failed" error. I was told to post here by an admin on digg, as they were unable to find a solution.

I have tried everything: direct connection, restarting Byond, restarting my computer, and disabling my firewall. A /tg/ tech on digg searched the server's automatic firewall for my ip with no results. He cleared the firewall's block list anyway, without successful results on my end. My client apparently cannot even reach the servers, as there is absolutely no trace of my ip in the server logs. I, and apparently the kind technician who helped me, am at a loss as to what might be causing this.

Any ideas?

Are you sure you're connecting through the right IP? They've changed a few times over the years and if you followed a link on some outdated website you might have gotten one that doesn't work anymore.

You are getting caught in a ip range ban at the firewall level (something that is in a different page from the normal firewall blocks crossbow was checking) given to some ban evader. I'll go ahead and remove it since we have better ban evade detection tools now.

(Crossbow had actually asked me to look into this, and i thought i had removed it, but it looks like I removed the range ban above the one affecting you.)
