So I've made a photoshop template for a an ID card (both standard and gold).

I made it for printing for a cosplay but anyone can re-purpose it for whatever (sigs' or what not).

I can edit/make one for you if you don't have/understand photoshop. All I need is a portrait of your character and what name, job & species.

I don't own photoshop and gimp can't really open these files in a way which would allow the text on them to be editable. Could you export them as either SVG (if you're using vector elements) or XCF files?

Also which font did you use for the name and job?

Oh yes good point, I forgot to include fonts... they should all be free fonts.

Here's the "name/job/species" font its called 5by7

Its just the regular font at 60pt. For the gold card one I added a simple blending Stroke, 1px in size and 100% opacity in black.

The main "Employee..." part is a font called Evogria

Once again on the gold ID it has a blending stroke, 2px, 100%, black.


My physical ID's were printed via a shop I found on ebay, was fairly cheap (£5 for a double sided one with a mag strip) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271176795478? ... EBIDX%3AIT
But I'm sure you can find a similar thing from local companies/ebay.


I'll try to figure out a good format to export them thats not PSD, but Ive never done it before so might have to get someone to try the results for me.
