Well, as you might've guessed from the thread title, the jukebox will make an appearance on /tg/ too, thanks to the help and patience of /vg/ coders N3X15 and Pomf123.
What we need now are some tunes to jam to!
There will be 3 / 4 playlists, (Bar), Rock, Jazz and Emagged. Bar playlist will be a mix of Rock and Jazz. Emagged playlist only plays (and is forced to play) when someone emags the jukebox. Any suggestions are welcome, though they should fix the above mentioned categories, and in the case of Emagged, we'd like to see songs similar to "Space Asshole", HONK remixes and generally music that a traitor would jam to while mowing down the security forces OR music that no-one in their right mind would casually listen to.
Edit: Something to note - the jukebox is only designed to play MP3 files at the moment.
Here is a sample submission for the Emagged playlist, from Braindude.

When you say jazz, what kind of jazz are you talking about? Since there's quite a bit of different styles of jazz.
Yes, that's the only playlist I care about ATM.

In addition to that, would other jazz-related genres be allowed, like blues? Also, what the copyright situation with these songs?

Only .mp3? What. Could it be made .midi? Midis take A LOT less space and suit the feel of SS13 a lot better.
Maybe even a midi-upload library in the future like similar for books could be possible since they're so compact?

Not gonna happen afterall.
Spoiler:
If possible, please PM me the MP3 files along with the submission in the thread. The system can dig out the ID3 tags from the MP3 files (if from proper sources and properly tagged) and display the performers and the album the track was on.
Regarding jazz style: It can be blues.
Rap goes in the "emagged" category, so "bad" and "satire" kind of rap is wanted.
I demand that Space Asshole isn't on emagged. It's closer to classic rock.

sorry to burst ya'll's bubble, but this literally won't happen, it would make the game much too big, before the three for four mp3/ogg made up over half of the resources downloaded

well that's disappointing, I was really looking forward to this. Perhaps you could just put shitty midis in instead?

The songs wouldn't be in the rsc, they'd be downloaded externally and played in-game via a windows media player instance embedded into the game. The downloading would be handled automatically.
I'm personally against the idea, but it's technically sound. /vg/ has been doing it for a few months now.
