PLEASE host a Fallout 13 server

The game is really fun, but the most active server on the pub is run by autists that think 7+ avg long hours are a good thing, despite flying in the face of the game's design. TG could really take this thing and make something great of it with the proper care.


I'd be willing to donate 100 dollars to make this happen if that would cover the costs for a reasonable amount of time.

Pretty sure the """culture""" of tg would be godawful for this game. Everyone would rush the power armor and respawn and go right back to where they died.

Remove respawning, keep rounds at 1 hours 45 minute max, maybe less or slightly more.

Good luck on raider rules. Every raider gets a raider hud icon visible to everyone. Servers can't decide on what raiders can do.

Well I don't even like the rules on the current server I play on (the only half-populated one I know that averages 17 players) and I still have loads of fun, provided I get in at round start.

That would be great too. Fallout 13 is really interesting in that you select to be antag (raider or legion). Also, it's cool being in the vault and being exiled to the wasteland, which has happened to me before.

Last time I checked the fallout13 was still barebones and a bit buggy so I didn't even bother with it.

You know how to? Easy to google.
Short rundown.
Log into your router.
Go to ports forwarding section.
Put in the port youre listing the server to.
Both for udp/top
Save changes.
People may now join.

I'm gonna try to get this working. I got it to work for wc3 so maybe I can handle this..

My ideal server would have no rules and short-medium round lengths and design changes would be encouraged to facilitate that. (I think we'd all be better off on TG though).

There is even two stable working servers:

[url]byond://BYOND.world.1853939464[/url] - RU/EN-speak server. Use advanced features, like daytime and advanced lighting system. Also, Bart Nixon (original developer of the build) has come back and record own IN-game radio! But for now, only russian version. Anyway, if you can't understand, you may just listen music (New, cool tracks!)

Played a round on the english server, made a chick because I wanted to honey trap rob nerds with ERP verbs, got assaulted, gang banged and made to eat a Brahmins ass out.

Also on the topic of servers, both are fairly bad, the admins hoard the vault, make mechs, spawn bombs at random and in general just act very hostile. It's basically TDM with raiders and non raiders spawning at the same place, but raiders can kill on a whim and start armed with a gun.
