peacekeepers were a "compromise" IE "we'll throw you a bone that doesn't really do anything to make fun of you"

it's a totally pointless module. the engiborg is actually better at preventing harm and fulfilling your law 1 imperative. at least you can wall people away from each other. PK can't actually stop people from killing each other, and is exactly as good as every borg at blocking lasers.

it needs a buff but that'll never happen because the anti-borg reactionaries will throw a fit

Give it a stunbaton.

Standard module lost it's stunbaton, so it'd be the only module with a non-lethal harm preventer stock. Be really useful in keeping peace if you can still smack harmful folks in the face with a stunbaton.

The highly polished egg shell on it needs to reflect lasers in a random direction at the crowd while it screams about human harm.

I thought the shell was supposed to be some kind of soft balloon or foam-like stuff so it's soft and fluffy when you hug it and it's like Baymax from Big Hero 6.
