Improving my madman's Tesla.
So I have a habit of building over complicated unnecessarily powerful Teslas. Here is an example of one I made a few days ago.
I always make a small containment field to make 100% sure that the particle accelerator beam hits it every time and I also disable the limiters on the PA are disabled so I can turn it up to 3. I also added a second PA which took FOREVER.
Recently I've been trying to induce multiple Teslas running in the same containment. The only problem is that Teslas will activate other Tesla generators even without the particle accelerator being turned on. So attempting to insert another Tesla near a first one and then building a containment around it will just end up creating a second Tesla before your containment is up (Trust me). I was thinking about possibly leaving a beacon inside of the containment and then just teleporting the new Tesla generators in. Would that work? Would the Tesla just destroy the beacon?
Furthermore, does a Tesla generator dispensary when it generates it's Tesla ball? Also what is the radius of how far away a teleporter will send you from the beacon? I don't want to put the beacon in the center of a 3x3 containment grid and have it teleporting right outside it.
Any other ideas on beefing up my mad science Teslas?

Alright how about this, take your current setup, but instead of one tesla square in the middle have a 3x3 checkerboard of containment grids with a tesla generator in each. then on each side have three PAs stacked one on top of another to feed the beast. Then instead of one insane tesla you will have nine

Re: Improving my madman's Tesla.
I suggest you get acquainted with telescience, it will allow you to teleport unanchored machinery anywhere, without using a beacon.

Re: Improving my madman's Tesla.
Fully upgraded machinery. 4 way Particle Accelerators. Checker-board of 3x3 tesla gens. Every available amount of space used by tesla coils, bar the area needed for the grounding rods and emitters.
Then immediately shut-off the computer and delete your BYOND account because you're never going to top that and it's all downhill from here.

its like you all want your space stations to turn into electrified deathtraps thanks to Edisons Bane or be engulfed in the maw of Lord Singuloth instead of harmlessly powered by the chilled out rays of the friendly local sun while you smoke up all of botony's weed in the breakroom
smh

That friendly local sun is probably also responsible for radiation belts, ion storms, electrical storms, power network fuckery and similar.

I mean do you even need that many PA's, won't just one be enough?
