I had some inklings about what was gonna happen but I definitely didn't see most of the big pieces. 8/10 didn't cry but was interested.

You're ready for the second, and then, once you're done, both parts of Cold Steel, while having in mind Trials of the sky the third will come out this year, there could be a translation of Zero and Ao no Kiseki (the arc in the city state of Crossbell) and by 2018 there will be Cold Steel 3.

BTW the music gets better, by a large margin.

Playing elona opened old scars and my love hate relationship with roguelikes.

Fairy claymore is still stupid weak but stealing makes shit go so much more easily. I got lucky and a noble spawned with the panty artifact so it will make the early game muchore bearable.

I played Elona once ages ago. I got as far as leaving the cave you start in, entering the town, starting a quest and getting destroyed by a little girl in the woods. Didn't want to play any more after that.

But I didn't say it wasn't good, I said it gets better. One of the perks of having an orchestra inside the company, Falcom knows how to make good music. And then they make arranges that sound even better.

Ordered a new computer today, why is that the only gaming cases you can buy now are riced up?
I don't really need a window to look inside, nor do I need LEDs either.

Other than that, the case has a nice sleek aesthetic to it, sound proofing and dust sealed (http://www.phanteks.com/Eclipse-p400s.html)

i5-7600k
GTX 1070
256GB SSD (one of those fancy ones that plug into a PCIe slot. Yum, speed!)
2TB HDD for long term pr0n storage and torrenting
A big honking water cooler
And 16GB of low latency 3000mhz DDR4 RAM - did think about 32GB but I've already got 16gb in my current rig and it barely uses half of that under load.

Oh, and I'm finally getting fibre because sky are cunts and want to charge an extra 4 quid a month for my adsl line, went shopping and realised sky are total rip off cunts - I'm actually now paying less per month.

Edit: And after posting this and confirming my order I finally noticed that the reason why the case was listed twice with two different prices was because one of them didn't have the window - d'oh.

Yeah I've been playing so many indies (SS13 being a large part) these past few years when I actually do play something AAA I really notice how behind I am (5 yo machine) that I end up playing most games on low/medium.

I can proudly say I've upgraded to a rig not too different than malk's, but with a 7700k instead.

I was trying out Oxygen is not included, more or less a spess miner/survival simulator

It's barebones, of course, having in mind that it's absolutely in alpha, but I found some interesting points so far.

-There is blackdamp: You think you're ok with your oxygen production, getting the whole crew to breathe, hell, you even claim areas exposed to vacuum. Then you find out the lower areas of your base are completely covered in Carbon dioxide (IRL it would be a nastier mix, but I guess they'll fix this eventually) what in my case was the dorms and the pool I extracted water from.
-The stress part is too easy right now, the survivors will only he angry if they sleep on the floor, or be forced to hold their breath in certain jobs. And if they ever get moody, you can instantly take care of that with a piece of furniture you have available from the get go.
-The power and gas systems need tweaking, mainly the part where you break a wall to add them (You break the wall, add the cord, and then add a new wall, I don't think that should be the intended order) because if you want to exploit hydrogen, leaving a gap open will reduce the available hydrogen and will poison your clean rooms.
-Not using the bathroom can lead to disgusting yellow water soaking your floor. Liquids don't get mixed, corrupter water stays in the bottom.
-There is supposed to be combat, and I saw one creature, but there was no reason at all to meet it, since the creature was left to it's own devices in it's own cave.

Still, I'm looking forward to see what they can do, Don't starve was a fine game, and part of that creepy design is still here.

I want a videogame where I can be like Konstantin Konstantinovs and Teddy Riner and an NFL champion (so basically have a broken OP build) it has to be an RPG and there should be romance with 5 girls (one has to be a plump witch and one should be an undead and also I should be able to grow tentacles and possibly there should be a trap) at the same time and it should involve loominaty and have a fantasy realism setting and there should also be aliens.

Like a mix of oWOD settings with a broken system or something.

Chilling out playing some startopia, also picked up DO2:Retribution and DOW1:Dark Crusade in the sale for collective amount of 6.75 (all three games)

Like all good old RTS's of that area, there's so much more that they half put into the game, given that i realised that im actually bad at DOW so i get my enjoyment from startopia readily

TBH Divinity: Dragon Commander actually isn't too far from what whoisthere described. Though there's only four romance options, not five.

Great, thank you Drynwyn. Will give it a try. Not really what I've been looking for - setting's too different from loominaty alien vampires - but still sounds fun.

Actually did anyone play that MMORPG where there are templar, illuminaty and some asian guys? Is it all as unimaginative as it looked when I read about it on the wiki? Do I get to slice up grays there?

No the whole setting looked like it was developed by McDonalds unfortuantely and the asian secret society dudes were called "DRAGON SOCIETY" or something to that extent and they all had katanas probably.

it's kinda getting a lot slower imo, the flowchart is super useful and seems better at first but it feels so much slower overall to get to different endings

I don't mind myself playing as long as 999 because it's hard as shit to pay attention to the fucking travel sequences that go on for a solid 3 minutes each or something

seriously my god who thought that shit was a good idea? You spend half the game watching cutscenes of a dot moving along a map and then a slow as fuck video of a door opening, it's pissing me off

They aren't fucking around with the puzzles though, they went balls to the wall, very little ramping up of difficulty compared to 999 - hell the puzzles seem easier overall in the first game

still have a lot of questions I'm looking forward to having answered, but the obnoxious as fucking shit travelling is really killing the game for me - it was a lot easier to just hold right on the d-pad in 999 than to play through all these branches where I see the same cutscenes I can't skip over and over

Just finished TITS, really enjoyed it. I really appreciated the more down-to-earth journey about the Bracers-in-training rather than another soulless end-of-the-world epic. Although that final dungeon had so many cancerous damage sponge enemies I almost quit the game out of boredom.

I didn't have any problems with the last boss, though. I just spammed the hell out of Earth Guard or Earth Wall so I rarely ever took hits.

The hardest boss for me was Lorence. That guy moved so fast I could barely keep up with his healing arts and he frequently countered my own. But he taught me how valuable Action and Cast orbments were which probably led to why I had such an easier time for the final boss.

Anyways, I enjoyed it so much I'm going to move on to TITS2, because you can't just play with one of them.
