Oh I didn't know the specifics. Just something about you can't charge it whilst it's stood up unless you buy a nonstandard cable which made it sound like some shitty, artificial problem creation but no-one I heard complaining about it took piccies to show off nor appeared to be complaining about the issue first hand.

It is kinda annoying given it's a pretty strangely arbitrary design limitation. Every Nintendo handheld back to the GBA SP, including the Wii U controller, has the charge port on the back. But it's pretty minor in the big scheme of things anyway.

Mario Odyssey looks crazy. Interesting that it has a grand, bombastic style that recalls Super Mario Galaxy, but going in a completely different direction compared to SMG's orchestral soundtrack and surreal aesthetic. Is Pauline the game's Rosalina?

it's so the switch can connect to the dock and therefore the tv (I assume)

the gamepad had contacts on the botton for charging which you could argue they should have done for the switch but it certainly seems like the handheld is already cramped for space
