I do like how everyone seems to agree there's only 1-2 with good gameplay

And even then, on Kamidori I am sure that it is not good lewd gameplay, because the lewd is practically separate from the gameplay and you end up with separate lewd scenes interspaced with gameplay. As opposed to just having the lewdness integrated into the gameplay so you have both at the same time
Been too long since I played Rance so I'm not entirely sure how that one was. I just remember thinking "Better than Empire TW"

Nightmare Sphere, a very good Metroidvania in the Symphony of the Night ilk. Some say it was a bit lacking the in H department though.
