It's a shootery roguelike-sort of game, like Binding of Isaac, but with guns and set in the apocalypse.
You play as mutants and instead of leveling up normally, you pick up different guns and select mutations after getting enough radiation (experience)
It's kinda simple but really fun and has a fairly high skill cap, and there's a lot of variety and fun builds you can go after
Also, you can play as the Illuminati eye on the back of the $1 bill and blast airhorns at bandits
