So, Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is a recent game that just got released on the Epic Store for some reason so Yar Harr rent it later until it's on steam next year.

Down to business, it takes place many many years ago when monkies just managed to have a thought, which went from "Banana Banana Grass" to San Andres "I can make a weapon to stab moving things with". It's a comfy-ish Rouge-Like where you and your redacted linage start out and slowly and I mean SLOWLY evolve into sweaty neckbeards. Take rocks, hit things, hit moving things, climb trees and swing, the basic stuff. But boy howdy, when you make a new settlement your gonna have some very not so nice neighbors. So evolve your monkey brains into actually having the intelligence so your monkey friends can properly use weapons, mimic your actions, and learn how to not get hit like a retard. You'll have to sex that sexy female monkey over there to have babies so they can cling onto you to get that sweet EXP, because child endangerment. Build fortifications, lure tigers, gators, boars, etc into each other and watch them fight like Michale Vick. A lot of people don't like this game because it doesn't hold your hand and all of the information is very limited, but it's pretty dam satisfying on when you and your 10 ARMED ANGRY GORILLA GANG fucks up a tiger.
