Stormworks

Stormworks is a search-and-rescue sandbox game in which you build vehicles using a block-based system to complete search-and-rescue missions, among other things. It is an awesome early-access game but the devs sometimes seem to make weird mistakes that imply they are criminally undermanaged or don't know what they're doing sometimes.

Its in a playable state and the devs typically release updates on Fridays. Typically weekly minor updates (new blocks, new smaller updates, fixes) and major content updates monthly or two months.
They recently re-added (that's a story) dedicated servers to the game and they're super messed up from the initial release last Friday but hopefully will be good to go this Friday.
