We used to play this in groups pretty frequently. It's been far too long since we did. Let's do this.

1) Get SWAT 4 + Stechkov Syndicate installed.
2) Get this mappack installed
3) Get Tunggle
4) Post when you're available to play.

That egyptian one is okay, haven't played all the ones in the map pack but I think theres a college one with 100+ terrorists and you just spawn on a building with them all shooting at you it's terrible.

And I think some of the maps only have a spawn point for one team so depending on the amount of players we get there might be a problem.

Also i would like to say I managed to really kick ass in that last cult run, that was probably my best mission ever. I put down like 4 cultists in that first hallway cluster fuck, including the two at the far end of the hall. All lethal, but a bullet is all those child killing fucks deserve

Has some tips and a few mods for more polish, I saw another remake mod that replaces most of the badguys with the Payday 2 characters and clown masks.

I'm mostly worried that using a cracked version could result in some bullshit with cd-keys matching and thus kicking one or more player out.

I fucked with my host dll's so it doesn't check people's keys when I host.

If the rights to this game weren't in some legal hell they could just put the fucking thing on steam and we could be done with all of this.

Would gladly pay $10-$20 for a complete digital copy and never have to fuck with this again.

Also I need to practice more in single player. I was the first casualty on every run we did of that map. First time I approached what at first looked like an unarmed civilian yelling at her to get down only for her to whip out a handgun and blow me away. Second time same thing nearly happened but I mowed the bitch down with my UMP only for another cultist to rush out of the room I was about to clear and put a slug right in my head.

Yeah the game really emphasizes taking it slow, sweeping room by room, sticking together, and never trusting anyone but your teammates. It is why we zip tie everyone, not just the gunmen. This game seriously gave me a new perspective on police shootings

I gotta say, the levels themselves are my favorite part of the game. First level we did I didn't bother reading the briefing so I didn't know what we were getting into. Looked like an average house from the outside so I just figured it was a simple scenario where we take out some assholes who broke in and took some hostages.

Kind of the same for the cultist mission. The briefing makes a quick mention to keep an eye out for the cult members' kids. Sure enough, you find them alright and shit takes a very dark turn. The game sort of lets the level designs themselves tell their own stories.

Anone and I nearly got that shit when we were buddy copping it. Worked flawlessly as a team and almost had the entire house cleared. Then everything went wrong in the blink of an eye. Anone got shot and I started going on a rampage and ended up blowing myself sky high

Alright, getting Tungle and Mumble up and running, definitely interested in playing though making no promises on competence. Sadly don't live alone and am a night owl, so I don't voicechat much while gaming at night since I don't need to wake my roommates (even though their fucking dog barks all the time.) Wed Thurs evenings/nights (CST) works best for me but I can do what I can to sneak in on morning or afternoon games.
