The weeping angel reference is cool. Ss13 copy this man's gimmick of going to dangerous ruins to sell scrap

TG has a weeping angel though.....both able to be played by players and ai, its just rare and usually only admin spawned.

Also it would be fiting for bitrunner since their job is literally to collect stuff and gtfo.
