I consider myself very fortunate that I've been getting Witch Hunter item drops primarily as that's my preferred class.

I prefer the Two Handed Swords over the Rapier, the 2HSword deals far more damage and can kill large groups of Skaven over a wide arc very quickly, I've also seen a lot of success with the duel pistols.

I was very lucky to get a Orange Duel Pistol drop, it comes with (aside from the damage boost) when upgraded around 33% more ammo (very useful), more accurate shots (meh) and the ability to piece a target once, which is godly as it means I can kill two Skaven for one bullet.

Also I've been able to down a entire squad of Stormvermin with the duel Pistols on Hard, and do very well against them on Nightmare.

Which is cool because if they do another faction of enemies, which they want to, it'll probably be chaos warriors.

Oh you bet your ass i want. Finally beat fucking gunpower level by getting some half decent randoms to help me out, i now have act 2 unlocked. Still dont really have shit for loot though, my green rapier just has a 17 % chance to find a spare bullet on everything i kill

I mean Age of Sigmar rules are kinda shit, but if they wanted to go into this wierd kind of low rules skirmish style game they could have done it in the Old World easy. A lot of the big problems with Warhammer Fantasy before they nixed it was the massive bloat of monstrous creatures. Huge expensive model ranges they made for Storm of Magic, and they made them really op and essentialy to make the models sell. The game kinda became a "who can afford the most monsters" contest which was pretty shit. Anyways this is way off topic, gettin hype to rek some rats 2nite

The first time I heard the Witch Hunter say "HOLY SIGMAR" I thought he was saying "HOOOLY SHIT MAN"

I started using a greatsword/harquebus combo on the Soldier. Not nearly as crowd-clearing as the coach gun, but being able to one-shot most specials with a good headshot is great and the greatsword clears crowds much better than the hammer.

Have your party sheildyguy tanking hits and dodging, chug back a strength potion and throw a bomb, or if you have a heavy slow hitting weapon use a speed potion instead. Really as long as the guy the ogre is focusing on just kites it everyone else can lay damage on it until it switches targets

My dorf has a shield and axe that has a 25% chance to restore stamina with each normal attack so I just smack it and block each attack.

Against Rat Ogre first use your Bombs (combo with strength potion if you have it) on it, then use your ranged weapon to whittle it down. If it moves to you go to melee and block it.

I cant find a single group that can clear a level on hard. Mostly because they all don't have at least blue gear.

Just got this baby. It's fucking amazing and I haven't even got the ammo trait yet. 1 shots all special rats with a body shot except the brute ogre. 1 headshot kills the stormers. The knockback concussion kills the rats around the original rat that is hit by the bullet.

+50% reload speed
34% chance to knockback anything, even ogres
up to 20% chance to get ammo from each kill once I unlock that one

I've already done multiple levels on hard while only using white gear with friends who use white

It's mostly a matter of 'hope the RNG doesn't screw you and spawns everything at once'. Sometimes, you're just fucked and you know it

Fucking hell trying to get even green gear on normal runs is fucking suffering, let alone green gear for the class you play. I just want a green rapier with an ability that does not suck dick, maybe a green brace of pistols but that shit almost never appears on the loot table and when it does i inevitably roll a fucking 2 and get another shitty useless white for the waywatcher. I did get a sweet green handgun for the dorf with -50% reload speed, maybe i should start playing him

Finally found people to grind exotics. Been running Black Powder on Cataclysm. I got a wizard beam staff with knock back and both venting traits, it's amazing.

Then I got a soldier auto pistol with a trait that lowers fire speed and one that raises it. I mean what the fuck.

Have yet to get any exotics; but have a blue beam staff with reduced venting damage and overcharge buildup, and my green Healing Bat (a mace with regrowth) for the Bright Wizard that works pretty well.

Would be up to play higher difficulty missions with people if someone is interested.

I definitally do not have the gear and am fairly certain i do not have the skill either to do hard runs, but at the same time i keep rolling more fucking whites doing normal runs so i guess it is that or keep doing 2 grim 3 tome HoM runs, which are starting to get real fucking boring
