Bit of prison simulator lately, i initially bought it earlier this year and kind of ignored it but i've come back into it and actually got my shit together to make a small prison of about 40 inmates with full facilities.

Just to test it I've also played the prisoner mode and sucessfully shanked two people (snitches, good reputation points), though it's made me realise i have two blind spots in one set of showers & the laundry room. The ability to stash weapons seems to be broken though for some reason, ill have to dig my way out.

Well, as you said you can change up the UI, and go as far to even disable parts of it. As for the announcements, all of them can be hand-picked as to which ones you want on and off, both on the top board and in the chat. The English can be pretty bad at times, and the voice acting can be hilariously funny (although that too can be disabled) but I'd say it makes for a good time. Leveling and gameplay starts pretty easily 1-14 then slows down and gets harder later as the game encourages the use of multiple characters, since certain things in the game accumulate between all of your characters (such as knowledge, contribution points, energy levels, etc). Getting to 1-to-50 isn't so much difficult as 50-to-56 or 56-to-60 (endgame tiers) because of this, I imagine.

(quick handy tip for anyone wondering, "settings > game" are the easy instructions to get to everything on the interface/UI or things ingame that you might want to disable other than the actual UI parameter editing itself, which can be edited by pressing the obvious "edit UI" button in the menu)

Perfectly fine to love it or hate it, but I just figured I'd give you a breakdown incase those were the only things that were stopping you from enjoying the game. : P

After getting annoyed at not being able to beat Stage 3 of Blue Revolver I used stage select to fight the final boss.
I actually managed to beat them on Hyper after about 20 tries.

Just have to now:
Beat Stage 3
Beat Stage 3's Boss who I've never seen
Beat Stage 4 + Boss never seen
Beat Stage 5
Beat that final boss again

All in roughly 3 hits to death.

Yeah no that's never going to happen but I'd atleast like to get to stage 5 once legitimately.

Oh I almost beat stage 3, got the boss to the final health chunk.
Fluked my high score from 8mil to 11mil, then on the run above fluked it from 11 mil to 17mil

the amount of extra lives on stage 3 if you know how to get them is crazy.

Anyway, back to kayy ass pee. Still the same old shitty game with devs who won't fix their shit (like jesus fucking christ can't you close the seams in the runway), and still only enjoyable with 130+ mods.
But at least I've figured out how to into small spaceplanes.

Mechjeb/gravity turn continued/kramax autopilot/DPAI if you want manual docking
I use all three. MechJeb for space manoeuvering (includes autodock feature), Kramax for spaceplane control, GravityTurn for actual gravity turns instead of MJ's altitude turn bullshit.

There's a few ways that it could be bad, to me at least
To be fair, I really liked Fallout 4's weapon upgraded shenanigans since they're legendary weapon drops ended up giving me double bullets on a laser rifle. So I turned it in to a mini laser minigun with zero accuracy and awful recoil.
1) Weapon upgrades are just boring collection quests with the last upgrades just being better than anything so you hold on to all of your shekels and just wait to buy the last one. So in the end everyone's upgraded weapons all look the same.
It's just kind of boring with this method but I don't think Warframe will have that bad of a problem, since they have the whole "Puncture is good against X, slash is good against Y, Impact, Fire, Lightning, Heart, ect" system

2) The weapons just pale in comparison to regular weapons like the the glaive, not any of its variants just a normal glaive.
I'm expecting this but not as bad as that. I'm thinking they'll be ways for newer players to just have a fun experience and get a weapon that'll stick with them till mid levels Or as a way to make me spend my plat on more weapon slots.

I never got my hands on a Kohm before the nerf.
Hell I think I picked mine up after the nerf.
I will say this: I used to run this game on a computer that had no business trying to play any games and I appreciate DEs efforts to keep lower end computer fire free. But now that I've upgraded I want Mirage to have her four extra guns back dammit!
But hey, maybe a Kohm riven mod will give it its old kick back.

I really think that's just... food or something.
Maybe they'll tan it in to armor or syandanas.

Why not just plot the courses yourself?

If you look up the launch windows it's easy
Though you'll have to mess with the maneuver node a fair bit for far away planets

Doubt KSP will get many fixes anyway, didnt they sell to take two or something?

Yeah, sticking to metas just takes any fun out of builds.
All trinitys run energy vamp builds.
All Octavias run 1000 BPS because everyone sucks at timing.
I just say fuck it and find something that looks fun to me.
Really loving Harrow and the Staticor/Pox recently.

I can get staticor up to 99% status chance from the status/damage mods or up to load it up with attack speed mods for some dumb fun.
With Pox I just make clouds of blast damage that chain stun enemies.

If it is, then that would do it alright. You'd eat through your ammo in a hearbeat.

I trapped a 27 stack of otto's sieging Naxos, by means of Grand Theft Cymba stealing the shit out of venetian boats in a previous war to raise my boats to 21 (maneuver admirals steal boats), getting Naxos as a vassal and letting corfu naturally fall into Ottoman hands because ill get a core on it anyway releasing it mid war with venice (they were going after duranzzo so i got called into my ally albania as a defender). I seperate peaced, nothing too rad.

Fast foward to present time while playing, i've took negroponte (glorious reconquest of Greece completed), currently converting it after a messy war with a Venice & Ottoman double alliance i managed to cheese by blocking the strait

I released Aydin with the intention to vassalise but Genoa got it, but since its so close and the otto's are interested in it ill leave it for the Ottos to go to war over, im also going to give the Alb's the reach around (i released them post-conquering) so i can get koscovo gold after i return one more province for them. Hungary is currently quite scary and i expect ill probably fight them in the near future.

You can't block the edirne strait at game-start because if you own both ends, you have access to it always, which means i would need to port ships over to biga then contest for a blockade to earn the strait, hence its a important core to take back as to equalise strait passages to be determined on my superior naval power.

The problem is that the game doesn't register key presses that way - no matter what my keyboard language is, the keys the game responds to are always in the same place.

I've owned the long dark for a long time now but didn't really touch it

it came out of early access with the story mode though so I started playing

in no particular order:

-this game is just a fucking canadian winter simulator, except it's unrealistic because wolves don't really go out of their way to attack people and the game actually lets you do shit without gloves on
-it didn't click that the character you play is voiced by mark meer until I hear jennifer hale in a cutscene, weird
-hey mark meer AND jennifer hale are canadian, the more you know
-it's kinda neat to see a survival game that's very slow paced and focused on environmental threats for once
-seriously, like, if you've never been up north, let me make it clear that if it's below like, -15 celcius, and you're outdoors for any significant length of time, you put on gloves or you suffer and wish for death, cold hands hurt when you try to do anything
-it takes like 20 seconds to try and light a fire, which is neat because it has a lot of tension if it's going to catch or not, but then I laughed because if you add accelerant like gas it makes it take ~2s
-it's got a great art style
-it was a bit obnoxious figuring things out the first time (to make a type of tea you harvest these plants you can find, then "prepare" them via crafting, then go to the food tab and "cook" them which is super unituitive, it doesn't require water as an ingredient
