How did your letters come out english? When I did my character creation the names came out in weird moon runes.

you need to format your computer to jabanese.

Control Panel > Clock, language and Region > Region and Language and stick that shit to Japanese.
There ya go all the weird moonrunes and shit are gone.

Applocale puts your LOCALE to japanese.
Locale =/= language and timezone format. I have my locale permanently set to Japan but it still gave me weird moon runes on some shit, going to Japanese on the Language and timezone fixed it.
