Is there a way to enjoy Morrowind again

I liked Morrowind a lot and the world was great. The whole "British Raj but instead of British it's fantasy Roman and instead of Raj it's some bug thing place" vibe was great. Now I wanna play it again and am wondering if there are some mods or someshit I should use to replicate the whole "n'wah in a strange land" feeling I had when visiting Sadrith Mora for the first time. Tamriel Rebuilt maybe?

Also I beat the main quest like 10 times both ways, I don't want to be Nerevarine anymore. Was thinking of having a hand-to-hand/marksman/shortsword monk type character with rest of the skills being MAJIC! and working for Tribunal temple/telvannia/camonna tong or something.

I never finished Skyrim either. Or Oblivion. Morrowind was my only fantasy RPG for a few years tough, so I kinda didn't have a choice of not finishing it.

Yes, but now it's pretty.

It'll look like shit no matter what because of models and animations and such. Ideally I want stuff that promotes atmosphere and also emergent gameplay, I remember a mod that required you to eat, drink, sleep and hide from elements, and getting lost in the ashlands without a tent to protect me from ash storms was the bees knees, my stats dropped to shit due to hunger and getting blighted, I couldn't even defeat a kagouti and had to travel back to Molag Mar VERY carefully. It was a survival experience.

Oblivion was the game that made me realize Bethesda cannot into gameplay at all.

Oblivion had a really good achievement model where you could get all of the achievements by exploring every branch of the main game's interesting content, and nothing was gated behind tedious garbage grinding and shit.
