why not a fucking "big boy is trying to inject so and so with a syringe" but with a slightly quicker injection time. that way you cant just quickly run over and parapen a nerd but if you shoot one or knock him down hes yours. it gives the other guy some reaction time while not making it completely fucking worthless.
