Rule Update/Clean-up/Changes

Thanks to Ausops and some discussion in adminbus we've put together a new rules page which goes into effect immediately.

Precedents will now be catalogued there to make FNR less of a shitshow, and security policy has taken some edits. There are also some floofy ephemeral secret rules which may be expanded upon.

Have a look, root through it and get back to us on mistakes or whatever.

I like it.
Simple rules, but with more detail should it be necessary.

The Atoms tech rule is repeated twice though in the precedents.

Is basically what's left of greytide policy. It should really be broader then just 'the brig'.

sort of covers that, but it's only certain places, and at round start.

If a dozen people start actually greytiding, lethal force should be allowed, regardless of where.


Also silicon policy really needs something explaining that you must follow your laws, within the some constrictions as an antag.
ie: if you have a law to kill all humans, that's fine to follow.
But if you had a law to make all your borgs kidnap and rape the crew, that's not ok.

I say that because the issue popped up fairly recently, where an AI was given a law to spam comms or some other shit.

There's a rule 3 under sec policy, which essentially covers greytiding.

Silicon policy does need a clean up and I'll look into a provision that allows ais to ignore commands that break certain server rules.

I'm also adding

>raid other servers and be dumb enough to tell us and we will ban you for it

The thing is that individuals doing something could just be being a shit - not acting like an antag (breaking into the bridge/brig etc). It only becomes greytiding when a bunch of shitters are doing it at the same time.
