[Host] Dickdawg - A Small Misunderstanding

Post Content: Appeal to permaban, issued after I had to log off
Byond account and character name: Dickdawg, sorry can't remember the name of the character since I always use random names
Banning admin: host, can't remember/find name
Ban type: Permaban
Ban reason and length: Gibbing the cook as non-antag, permanent
Time ban was placed (including time zone): 03:13, GMT+1
Your side of the story: A huge brawl in the kitchen started with the barman and the chef, then an assistant joined and finally the captain. I was passing by to get some food when the brawl just ended and the captain ordered to gib the chef, so I did (Could've been the HoP actually, I cannot remember exactly sorry). I realize now it would've been wiser to just let the Captain/HoP do it himself but as the station grew more and more chaotic I didn't think much of it and foolishly put trust in the Head's judgement...
Why you think you should be unbanned: Not really asking for the ban to be lifted since I guess I still deserve it but if it could at least not be permanent. Sadly I follow GMT time so I couldn't stay up until round end and I am sure that if I did I could've had the chance to explain and possibly avoid the ban altogether, if you judged it to be so.
I hope I haven't further bothered anyone. Thank you.
