I woke up this morning, tried logging on and find that apparently I am manual banned for griefing?

I wasnt even logged on at that time, and if there are logs for the server, they will show that.
I think I was accidentally banned and would like to be unbanned asap.
Either that or please show me a screencap of me griefing...
