/tg/Station 13

So I wanna GM a game of star wars sagas with 'bout five people for the party. The game's basic info is that it's during the Rebellion Era (AKA the Original Trilogy era), the party starts at level 5.

I already have one person confirmed as in. They're playing as a Not-HK-47 who's basically the droid version of John Cena. So that leaves four slots available.

I'll provide the sourcebooks for the game for anyone interested in it, but all that's really needed is the core rulebook and the starships book, so.

I'm in (probably). Where do I make the character sheet?
E: A 1st-level Jedi does 2d8 per attack? This'll be good.

A normal blaster rifle does like 3d8, and a blaster pistol does 3d6. They're also ranged. At least it isn't D20 Star Wars where a tenth level jedi has like, 5d8+2 for his lightsaber attacks and can attack three times a turn before feats.

We doing point buy or rolling?

Rolling for attributes using 3d6+1 for the attributes, rerolls allowed if it's 5 or an absolutely unworkable attribute score for the class you wanna be (Basically anything below a 10), starting dosh being 10.5k, with starting character level being 5.

I got a 5 INT, and 19 DEX. I'm keeping them both, they even each other out a little.

The starting dosh goes pretty quickly after you buy weapons, armour and gear. Will we be needing vehicles/starfighters?

I will have my character done probably tonight, planning on making a grizzled war vet ex-trooper

Christ on a cracker shit is way expensive, no way i can afford even basic armor with the guns i want. Oh well, protection is overrated. I am also basically done, just putting on the finishing touches. Do we have anyone else signed up?
