Baiting Megafauna On-Station as a Team Antag

On one hand, tons of hilarious slaughter. On the other hand, lots of uncool indirect friendly fire. It's not touched upon in the rules at all; what do you think I should do about team antagonists (cultists, gangsters, etc.) baiting megafauna onto the station?

I guess it would depend on the situation and how many of your teammates you kill, how many approved it. Like if most of your team wants the megafauna for God knows what reason then it should be okay even if it kills that one guy that doesn't listen and runs to cargo autistically anyway.

As above, if most of the group wants it for whatever reason, it's ok.
If you pull it off on your own without fucking your own team somehow, presumably that's ok.
If you do it because your team is clearly fucked and has no real chance of winning, that also seems ok.

if you try to pull it off on your own but it DOES end up fucking your team, then that's not ok.
if you do it for shits and giggles/to be a cunt, that's also not ok.

So... when i've doen this which has been in fact multiple times. I ask the rev heads and tell them to be on the alert. I then bring a drake and lure it to security and jaunter out

This thread came to be because i asked the other miners to bring a drake to kill security. It always works the captain and HoS always fucking engage the drake to be badasses

Yep. Very nice thorough explanation here. Things like releasing singulo, plasma floods, etc also fall under this.
