Close the server down during aussie hours we have not been able to cover them for seven years now

Some of those people, apart from positions of respect, have not been active nor have put in an inactivity. They've just kidna gone dark.

I have yet to see anything bad from letting players play without supervision than letting players not play at all....

I just said I think it's fine if players play without admins though?

But most headmins aren't content to leave it at that and the solutions they try (hire 40 more admins that just end up playing US evening, ban requests, throwaway comment in this thread about not getting new players because we can't cover them) end up being actually detrimental.
