Remove admin permissions on discord for maintainers

Code maintainers on Discord should no longer have kick or delete permissions now that we have actual Discord moderators.
In addition to all admins having the ability to kick, discord moderators now have the ability to ban.
This means that maintainers, who are not on the admin team and therefore not subject to admin conduct rules, should no longer have access to administrative tools.
It makes no sense to empower maintainers with these privileges when they are non-admins and are only a redundancy to a now-organized Discord moderation system.

If maintainers need to moderate their coding channel, they already have the means to do so, as they can manage channel permissions in #coding-general.
To this same end, maintainers should be granted the ability to delete messages in #coding-general, while not having access to this ability throughout the entire server.
This is all very easily accomplished via Discord's permissions system, and I am more than willing to guide a headmin on how to do it.

I therefore ask that the headmins remove the ability for maintainers to kick people and delete messages, to allow for greater consistency and so only admins are able to perform admin actions.
To clarify, I'm not asking for them to be removed from admin channels, that's irrelevant to what I am arguing for.

Technically speaking, the coder's permissions in the discord is an MSO matter, not a headmin one.

Regardless, if they need kick to properly moderate their channel, I don't see any good reason to remove it from them.

They can already block people from posting in the coder channel, and can be given the power to delete messages only in their channel.

They never need to kick someone to moderate the channel. That is the purpose of Manage Channel - channel overrides.
It has only ever been used in an abusive or inappropriate way. Hell, it's why we deadminned oranges.
