Rolebans VS the HoP

This is a bit of an odd scenario, but it just came to me while I was on the can. Say you get rolebanned from a station job for whatever reason. The reason doesn't matter, only that the admins don't want you playing that role for a period(possibly permanently). What happens if you then decide to bypass this ban by getting reassigned to that job by acquiring access in another fashion? The easiest example is signing up as an assistant and asking the HoP for a job change to the job you were banned from. Or for a silicon ban, making a beeline to robotics to get brained. Obviously these sorts of actions show that you have no intent of taking the hint/serving the ban, even if it's slightly less convenient for you to do it in such a roundabout method.

If you're silicon banned your brain won't work in a MMI.
Also worth mentioning is that if you're conversion antag banned, then flashed or runed, you'll just be ghosted and your body offered to ghost spawns.

I'm not gonna dive into ban appeals but there's plenty of people getting banned for bypassing jobbans this way

jobbans are usually for job related grief, like blowing up sm for little reasons, random ttv explosion in dorms, dangerous pills in cocktails. if you get bwoinked again for doing the kind of grief that gave you the jobban (usually like 1 day server ban + week ban for the department) i guess u ll get an extended server ban? if you are medbanned for random bombs in maint, ask for chem access but dont do anything griefy with it i dont see why you should be bwoinked/banned, jobbans are more of a warning to not do the kind of shit that gave you the ban. i guess its some kind of thin ice for [job related] grief
